House and cabin for rent on the ocean - includes kayaks and SUPs

We welcome you to rent a newly built house and cabin located in Cushing Maine. It has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, deck, loft and walkout basement. It includes heat, AC, dw, stove, fridge, washing machine and drier. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. All the mattresses are relatively new. We have a cleaning service disinfect the house between stays. It has a TV, DVD player, internet, and stereo.

There is a studio guesthouse which is less than 100' from shore. It has a simple set up with a couch on the first floor and a king bed in the loft. It also has a rollaway for an extra guest.

There are 2 double Necky Looksha kayaks and 2 Stand Up Paddleboards that you are free to use with the rental, with signed waiver. Maple Juice cove is nice for kayaking, and even more fun on a SUP. The cove is tidal, with the water coming up to shore twice a day and then going out exposing mud flats. Bring your water shoes for the mud flats just in case. It is a peaceful view, with a few sailboats and lobster boats moored offshore.

Saturday to Saturday rental only, with the one exception of Wed June 22ne- Sat July 2nd (11 nights). We are also renting 4 consecutive weeks at a discount. Reach out if interested

$1800/week plus $150 cleaning fee. No smokers, no pets. 2 adults 4 children maximum.
